CALL FOR PAPERS 2026
The working group of RHAANZ invites papers from postgraduate students, emerging and established scholars on any subject pertaining to the religious history of Aotearoa New Zealand.
RHAANZ is looking to encourage a revitalisation of scholarship on New Zealand religious history and its intersections and entanglements with New Zealand politics, culture and society.
We appreciate the invitation from ANZABS committee to run a ‘history stream’ at their upcoming conference, in which the papers may be arranged in a parallel stream or may be interspersed with other ANZABS papers (depending on subject matter/theme).
Paper presentation slots will generally be 30 minutes in length: 20 minutes presentation, 10 minutes Q+A.
