Have a say on proposals about access to Births, Deaths and Marriages (BDM) information.
Make submissions on the Proposals Paper released by the Minister of Internal Affairs, Hon Peter Dunne, earlier this week.
The release of the Proposals Paper marks the second phase in the review of access provisions in the Births, Deaths, Marriages, and Relationships Registration Act. NZHA members participated in the first phase, which included public submissions on a discussion paper published in January 2015. You can find out about both phases of the review online at:
You will be able to download a copy of the Proposals Paper and follow the instructions to make a submission.
Submissions are due by 5.00 pm, Friday 29 April 2016
