The NZHA Conference is a showcase of the best and most up todate historical research exploring Aotearoa New Zealand and elsewhere. It takes place once every two years.
This year’s online conference is an opportunity to experience over 60 sessions with over 130 presenters, covering topics from the history of theatre to rugby and nationalism and from heritage buildings to historical fiction.
The Association welcomes all those who love history to join us. There is a wealth of material here for teachers of social studies and history, family historians, local historians and heritage enthusiasts.
Your registration allows you to take part in as many sessions as you wish. Your can splurge or take your time, as presentations will be recorded and available for later viewing for all those registered. In the middle of the day there is time set aside for special interest groups to meet and discuss their shared passion.
