The New Zealand Journal of Public History (NZJPH) is a quality assured (non-peer
reviewed) electronic journal that publishes research articles, interviews and opinion
pieces on the theory and practice of public history in Aotearoa New Zealand.
The journal was established at Waikato University in 2011, with Dr Nadia Gush as
its primary editor. It is now hosted by the Professional Historians’ Association of
New Zealand/Aotearoa (PHANZA).
